Coverage checks and claim status run against the visit they belong to — no separate portal, no re-keying a member ID into somebody else's website. You connect your own clearinghouse account, so you keep your rates and your payer relationships, and nothing about your billing is hostage to us.

Built for healthcare from the ground up, not retrofitted onto something that wasn't.

  • A signed BAA with every clinic. No patient-data feature unlocks before it exists. The gate is in the code path, not the onboarding checklist.

  • HIPAA-eligible AWS infrastructure. Private subnets, no publicly reachable database, HIPAA-covered services only for anything that touches PHI.

  • Encryption and per-tenant isolation. One clinic's records are unreachable from another clinic's session — enforced at the database, not by application logic that could be bypassed.

  • Every PHI access is logged, and the log comes first. If the audit record can't be written, the read doesn't happen. Access you can't account for is access we don't allow.

  • Recordings are deleted at signature. The consultation audio exists to help you check the draft. Once the note is signed, it's gone.
